What is the timeframe for order dispatch?

Our goal is to dispatch orders within one business day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays and busy periods. During peak times, we strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Please verify the shipping address provided. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can result in delays with your order.

How long does delivery take?

You can anticipate receiving your package within 2-4 business days, excluding bank holidays. For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, delivery might take an extra day. For DPD Express, please allow 1-2 working days. (Working days are Monday-Friday)

Please note that Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 do not signify that your order will arrive within 24 or 48 hours, respectively. These are just the names designated by Royal Mail for their services. Delivery is estimated to take a couple of working days from dispatch.
