Refund policy

You have a 30-day window to return products for either a refund or exchange. While we expect customers to test a spray or two before returning, please be aware that bottles used beyond this period or outside our 30-day policy won't be accepted and will be returned to you.

For items purchased as part of a bundle set, they must be returned as a complete set for a refund; otherwise, we can only offer an exchange. For more details, get in touch with our Customer Services Team at info@refanshop.co.uk

Exchanges are limited to once per order.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Please do not send returns to the address listed on the website; they will be returned to the sender. This is an office address. We recommend using a tracked service when sending goods back to us. If you've emailed and can't find a reply, check your spam folder.
